How to request a refund

  • Open the DutyPe app and use Settings to Contact Us.
  • Or email dutypein@gmail.com.
  • Include the registered phone number and payment details.
  • Describe the issue clearly to speed up review.
Processing timeline

Processing timeline

  • Refund requests are usually reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing can add extra delay.
Subscription cancellation

Subscription cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from the app.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access until the subscription expires.
  • No partial refunds for unused days in the current period.
Auto-renewal

Auto-renewal

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • You will receive a reminder before renewal.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.
