Refund and Cancellation Policy
DutyPe is free for workers. Refund and cancellation rules mainly apply to employer-side purchases and subscription plans.

DutyPe is 100 percent free for job seekers. No worker should ever need to pay to browse or apply for jobs.
Refund eligibility

| Technical issue prevented service usage | Full or partial refund |
| Duplicate payment | Full refund of duplicate charge |
| Service actively used for more than 7 days | No refund |
| Account terminated for policy violation | No refund |
How to request a refund
- Open the DutyPe app and use Settings to Contact Us.
- Or email dutypein@gmail.com.
- Include the registered phone number and payment details.
- Describe the issue clearly to speed up review.
Processing timeline
- Refund requests are usually reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Bank processing can add extra delay.
Subscription cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from the app.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access until the subscription expires.
- No partial refunds for unused days in the current period.
Auto-renewal
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
- You will receive a reminder before renewal.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.
